3 Different Fundraisers, 3 Great Results!

50/50 PARTY  

Need to raise between $300 to $1000? The 50/50 Bowling Party is a great choice that’s easy to run.

--Great choice for Little League. Parent\Teachers Asso.(PTA),Hockey teams,  and school groups      

Here’s how it works:  
You choose the date, time and ticket prices and the menu items to be served. 
Example: Raise $7.50 from each bowler who redeems their ticket the day of the party. Sell your ticket for $15 each, and you keep $7.50 of each ticket sold. The ticket entitles the purchaser to 2 games of fun bowling and the opportunity to win prizes.  
TIP: On a traditional ticket that is designed for your event, simply add the words “lane” -----and “number”-----to every ticket. Now you can indicate lane assignments and keep track the number of the tickets sold.  


Need to raise $3000,5000 or $25,000 or more? A Bowl-a-thon is your best choice.  

 –Works best with an organization that has lots of movers and shakers (Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Junior Achievement,  School  Foundations,Hospitals and other  similar groups).   

–Bowl-A-Thons usually require assistance from our bowling centre staff regarding marketing your event and personal selling tips. We can also make up customized pledge form, which you can distribute to your members.


This type of fundraiser is ideally suited to large business and community organizations like: the Local Chamber of Commerce, community arts centre, a political party, religious organizations  and the Professional Athlete who wants to help his local charity.

Here’s how it works:

 Your organization sells a lane for $100, 200,500, or $1000 to a company. I n return for they get a handsome charitable tax receipt plus tickets for 6 guests a very special “ party”. Booking the entire bowling centre is recommended so your organization can run a fully private and controlled 3-hour gala fundraiser.

Bathurst  Bowlerama  is the ideal facility to run this type of party. We’ve got the space, amenities, parking and professional staff to ensure your event is a smashing success.

Example: If your organization can get $500 per lane and sell out an entire 24-lane bowling centre, you are starting with $12,000 in fundraising revenue before expenses. At $500 per lane, it is recommended that you run a grant event.
